A good friend's father passed away, when he went to clean out the home, he found his dad had built another room in the attic. The temperature controlled room was 1/2 FULL of model trains, hundreds of loose cars, engines, transformers. The other half was packed with unopened sets, cars, engines, track, buildings and much more. Pieces ran a wide range of age, but almost all are good shape.
