is more from my deceased father's train collection. Dad was a fireman in the 1950's with the Grand Trunk Western RR. He lost that job when the railroad switched over to diesel, but he never lost his love for the trains. None of the items that I am, or have been selling have been played with by children, or any other adults. Many thanks to those who participated in my auctions the past few weeks. Today I found a LIONEL CHICAGO & NORTHWESTERN NW 2 SWITCHER ENGINE. I don't have the time or the means to test this engine. It is likely that it has seen less than 30 minutes total running time. It definitely has not been used at all since Dad passed in August 2005. It is returnable within 7 days for any reason provided that it is returned in the same condition it was received, in the same packaging, and ship & insurance costs are paid by the buyer. If it flat-out does not run at all, I will pay the return shipping. The Engine looks like brand new however, t are two (2) things that need mentioning; #1 concerns the railing on the right side of the engine. You can probably see that it looks slightly bent in front of the cab. I had not noticed it before I took the photo. I have straightened it to the point w it is not noticeable. #2 concerns a tiny piece that was in the plastic bag that the Engine was in. I have posted a picture of it. read more
