This is a Lionel O gauge set of EMD F3 diesel locomotives that are a modern re-issue of the classic #2343 locos made in the early 1950s. The powered loco has two motors and comes with a newer electronic horn and bell, but no diesel engine sounds. There are switches underneath to turn the horn & bell sounds on or off, and to lock out the electronic E unit. These have some run time on them as can be seen by the wear markings on the wheels,but the bodies are still in excellent condition with no paint scratches or blemishes. All boxes and packing material are included. These were part of a small collection that I recently bought and so I do not know the entire history of these locos. I test ran them on a short section of track and they sequenced smoothly from forward to reverse. I have an MTH transformer that did not always make the horn blow, but I understand that this is a common problem when mixing brands. Please email if you have any questions or need additional photos.
