LIONEL DEPT 56 2 CAR SET! HOPPER AND BOX CAR! NIB! You are Bidding on Lionel 6-52199 and 6-16270 These are two cars in a series of special edition cars produced in 1996 for Allied Model Trains in Culver City California. The Real Plastic Snow Hopper car, #6756, and the Heritage Village Box car #9796 were produced by Lionel and are licensed by Department 56. These cars are no longer available and are hard to find. The paint work on these cars is incredible...the photos don't do them justice. These cars come equipped with metal wheels and axles, operating knuckle couplers and a brake wheel. These cars will operate on both O-27 and "O" gauge track! These cars are brand new in a pristine and unblemished box, they were only removed to take the photos. For collectors of the 6700 series hopper cars and the 9700 series box cars these are a must have item! International buyers please contact me for a shipping quote.
