99¢ STARTING BID - NO RESERVE - Here is a nice older set of LIONEL 027 SCALE Freight Cars just as found in an old attic. Unfortunately there ws no locomotive found. I have no idea if these pieces all started out life together but this is how they were found. I will be glad to try to answer any email questions. The tender is marked #2671W - 6 . It looks like it might have a whistle but I have no way to test it. Most of the "Milwukee Road" decals have come loose but otherwise the car is in great shape. - The #6112 gondola needs a good cleaning but otherwise is in very good shape. - The #6076 Hopper Car is all complete and in great shape. - The #6014 Box Car is all complete and also in great shape - As is the #6059 Caboose. Certainly a nice lot of LIONEL cars to enhance any layout for a very low starting bid. TERMS: Buyer pays actual shipping costs. NOTE! 12/6/ 2012 - I just noticed a BREAIK in the plastic body of the Frisco Box Car. There is a 1/2" strip missing from the lower portion of one end of the car. This is the end of the car with the "slot" for holding the body in place. The missing piece extends from the "slot" to the bottom of the body. Not a "fatal" defect but I do have to mention it.
