Offered for sale, is an ultra-rare Lionel HO Set # 14300, from 1966. It was the last, great set made by Lionel in HO Scale. It featured a # 0647 & # 0645W Steam Engine and Tender, that had smoke, a headlight, and a working whistle. It came in a new two piece setbox, that had a color picture of the components. This set had seven freight cars, and featured the rare # 0815-110 Sunoco Black Tank Car. The engine is like new in condition, with the tender being excellent due to a mar on one side. The the Sunoco Tank Car is a full like new, with all signs, detail and railing intact. The rest of the set is also nice, with all cars being boxed with inserts. The caboose box is missing one end flap. Some of the cellophane have become loose, with the tender box cellophane being torn. Most boxes grade a 7.5overall, with a few tears. All paperwork and horn controller are present. The track is missing, but the original insert and transformer are t The N.Y.C.Boxcar has a small chip on one side, with the door being loose. The cars consists of a # 0836-110 Red Alaskan Hopper, a # 0861-110 Timber Transport Car, a # 0874-25 N.Y.C. Boxcar, a # 0865-400 MC Gondola, a # 0837-110 Rodeo Car, the afore mentioned # 0815-110 Sunoco Tank Car, and a # 0837-110 M. & ST.L. Caboose.
