This Lionel Lionel Collectors Club 0f America (LCCA) New Haven passenger train set , set #1608W, Cat. #52423, is mint, still sealed in the box. The set consists of a New Haven #209 Alco A-A unit engine set (1 powered, 1 dummy), a 2434 "Newark" coach, 2 #2432 "Clifton" vist DOMES AND 1 #2436 "moosehart" observation car. This set was produced for the LCCA in 2007 and was available via mail-order only. There is an add-on set # 1608AO, cat # 52447 also made for the LCCA in 2007 with an Alco B-unit, a baggage car and a combine car. The set is in mint, unopened condition wit the shipping carton, all inserts for the box and the instruction manual. Shipping in the US is via USPS Priority mail or UPS ground. Shipping to other countries is via priority mail or express mail or UPS. Due to packages coming up missing, items shipped to France , countries in South and Central America and Eastern European countries will only be sent via Express mail. If the box comes up missing I have no proof that it was delivered except for express mail. In cases like that PayPal always sides with the buyer and I am out the money and the item sold. There is a small fee added to the shipping to cover boxes, bubble wrap and peanuts. The days of scrounging them from friends is long gone.
