The original owner of these cars was a collector who purchased duplicates on occasion and rarely, if ever, took the items out of the boxes. Most of what we will be selling this week (1/22/11) and next will be either good condition with no boxes, or less than perfect condition with no boxes. Some will be from the late eighties to mid-nineties, like those we have been selling the past three weeks, and some are significantly older. After that we will begin on the books, magazines, ephemera, Plasticville, etc. The cars were stored in a basement or garage and all of them have a musty smell. Additional flaws will be listed under Car Condition below. There are a couple of transformers we'd like to sell -- any hints on trying them out without electrocution would be appreciated.
