Pennant is all creased. That' s what happens when you toss it in a box with nothing to support it. My reply: Good morning, I'm very sorry that you are not happy, t is a picture of the creases, however I did not mention it in my description, I think if you compare the creases on the banner to the ones in the picture you will see they are the same, nevertheless I am not to upset or rip people off, so if you would like to return it I will be more than happy to return all your money including the return postage. Again I am truly sorry you are not happy, thank you for your time....Rich - just*under*new*kare I have proof of these letters, please just email with your email address and I will forward them to you, also check his "Feedbacks left for others" he's impossible to deal with. The pennant was in a 12"x12"x10" box!!!, more than big enough to prevent further creasing.
