Lionel MTH 30-90227 Sam's Butcher Shop 3 Story Building With Blinking Light. 1/43 scale, O gauge. This is in like new condition and comes in the original box which is in excellent condition. Due to my health, I am taking my Lionel O gauge train layout down and selling everything. This is the first phase of my project. Everything I am listing is from my personal collection of items I have had for many years. I am a past President of the North Texas Chapter of the Train Collectors Association. This item will be shipped USPS with INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING PRICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have a 100% feeback rating and plan on keeping it.
