The Postwar Style Multicolor Graphics are FANTASTIC. THIS CAR FEATURES 8 DIFFERENT COLORS complete with two different graphic displays, Absolutely NO DECALS...... One side of the car features Asbury Park, Jersey Shore, and Tillie. The other side of the car features the Palace with original building graphics and Tillie. By now, you all know the story behind Tillie. Tillie has "stood watch" over Asbury Park (and the CONEY ISLAND STEEPLECHASE) for generations and symbolizes Asbury Park & the Jersey Shore at it's "fun-loving" best. This car is dedicated to the "EARLY YEARS" when Asbury Park had it's Glory Days....... When the building was torn down on JUNE 11, 2004, my brother picked-up the building-cement- chips off the ground and WEAVER TRAINS pains-takenly matched the exact color of the Palace Amusement Building with the Box Car. The original postwar graphics were customized through the collaboration of several TCA/LCCA members and a brilliant gifted artist from Pennsylvania brought this car to life. A true act of genius.
