Pennsylvania ABA 1979 - 1980 Set According to Greenburg Guide to Lionel Trains Motive Power and Rolling Stock 1970 - 1991 Volume 1: Dual Motored F-3 A Unit ; Tuscan painted Type VI body, Front Nose grab irons Made as a match to Congressional passenger set Difficult to obtain now. Announced in the 1979 Collectors center brochure and catelogued in 1980. 8971 dummy F-3A unit lighted matches 8970 8060 Dummy F-3B 1980 F-3B Unit uncatalogued Tuscan body clear palstic porholes. Hard too find only announced in one catelogue Fall 1980 Collector Center brochures. No Boxes . Quick Test on Track all appeared OK.
