Up for auction is this Scarce & complete BOXED postwar Lionel #3530 GM Electro-Mobile Generator / Power Car COMPLETE Operating SET... You Get Everything Pictured - Included are : The Original Telephone Post , Tube , Wiring and removable " Searchlight " , and the actual GM Elecro Mobile 3530 " Generator Car - all in around Excellent Condition - This is the Scarce variation with the White Stripe that extends Up to the Ladders ... This is one of Lionel's most Complicated Operating Cars , with the Doors that act as a switch , and has a operating ROTATING Metal Fan Inside and a Light Inside the car...[ This Function Worked OK when Track Tested , Fan rotates a bit slowly , the " whistle " Button Helps it spin faster ] , the Remote Illuminated Searchlight works fine also , nice Flexible wiring , Clean Metal Connectors ..Car has Nice Blue color , No Chips or Cracks on the Rooftop walkways , the metal fan inside is all Intact , DOES have an almost invisible hairline at the screwhole ...The Original BOX is Very Good , Missing one Coupler Protection Flaps and a tuck Flap , some Creasing on one end as pictured but overall Fairly Square & Solid ... .
