This auction is for an early postwar " Long Haul " Lionel Whistling COAL TENDER for Steam Engines , This is a Lionel model #6026W..., in excellent condition...This has a nice Original postwar Lionel Lines lettered shell - NO BROKEN STEPS !... No screwhole cracks , has nice Satin black color - ... Very clean , inside & out , all interior mounting posts intact , Bar-end Metal Trucks w/opening coupler - [ Works ! ] , most importantly , the original Whistle sounds great , nice mellow sound ,...Good match for all those smaller Lionel Pacific's , Prairie or Scout style Engines ... Fine example of this early 1950's's vintage Lionel Tender ... no reserve
