Nice group of Lionel pre-war 0-27 equipment. Being auctioned as found in storage. Lionel #’s : #1684 = 2-4-2 Loco w/ wrong box; #2689W = tender w/ whistle and box; #2677 = gondola w/box; #2679 = Baby Ruth Box car; #2682 = NYC caboose w/box ( dent on end beam ); #1041 = 60W transformer w/instruction and box and type UTC universal lock-on; #1024 = Pair manual switches; #1027 = remote control track set with box (broken piece off end which is included ). 1940 instruction booklet in fair to good condition. Two wooden barrels in poor condition. 0-27 Track includes: Straight = 7 pcs w/ 6 holes in ties ( two pcs w/o pins) and 9 pcs. w/ 3 holes in ties; -- Curved = 8 pcs w/ 6 holes in ties and 11 pcs. w/ 3 holes in ties; -- Marx 90 degree crossing. Some moderate rust on some pieces of the track . Locomotive, whistle and transformer worked when tested. Locomotive was not oiled/greased / cleaned so was only tested on very short straight track. Some paint wear on loco and cars. Boxes are generally in poor condition. Remote control track (#1027) has broken end which is included. Caboose has dent in the rear end beam.
