We are selling a set of Pre-war Lionel O gauge trains with boxes and the set box. The train is in overall excellent condition. The paint is bright and has some play wear. Most individual boxes are complete, some have loose tabs, all are rubber stamped (see photo # 11). All lettering on the cars is excellent. There are some small scratches but no dents. We bought this set from the original owner. There were other pre-war Lionel accessories and miscellaneous items which we have in another auction, Please check it out. Reasonable reserve. Very reasonable shipping considering our costs have risen with fuel costs. We pay the insurance. Please ask questions before bidding. Shipping to the Continental US only . Included in this auction are: Set box. Poor condition. The top is faded and there is a piece of packing tape down the middle. The bottom part of the box has "234B" rubber stamped in Black, below that is "30" also stamped in Black but with a different font. The box top and bottom are firm. # 262 Steam locomotive. Does not run. It will start to run then bind up. The motor pinion gear seems to be the problem. All Brass,Nickel and Copper handrails,domes,piping name and number boards are complete (see photos).
