LIONEL PREWAR O-GAUGE 256 EARLY 2-MOTOR LOCO ~ #1031 Early variation made about 1930 “The Big Mogul” loco. The only prewar 2-motor loco Lionel made. All original finish shows playwear / edgewear and some corrosion spots on frame. Rubber stamp lettering shows wear. It ran/reversed briefly when bench-tested. Wiring looks original & has lost some insulation. Unusual that original spoked drive wheels are all solid. Both pickups have lost their name plate – but look original.
