This is a Special Edition Lionel GP-38 Diesel engine #6-18818, that was made in 1992. This engine is in like new condition and has been tested and runs and reverses as it should. This engine is from the collection of an older gentleman who had this unit shelf stored for the majority of its life. It would benefit from a good cleaning and normal maintenance and oiling. The unit features; Dual motors that run on AC or DC, an operating headlight, an o perating diesel horn, and eight wheel drive with traction tires. It also features t ransformer controlled forward-neutral-reverse operations. This unit comes with its original shipping box, which is how it will be shipped unless specified by the buyer. If shipped in an additional carton, additional shipping charges will apply.
