Pleas e have confidence in my 100% honest descriptions and please read the following carefully:NOTE: I am selling a very nice set of original boxes for a 385E & 384T in another listing on eBay right now. Please see my other listings! This is an Original, Pre-War Standard Gauge No. 385E Steam Type Locomotive with a No. 384T Tender, Produced by the Master Craftsmen at the Lionel Corporation of 28 Sager Place, Irvington, New Jersey, Circa 1933 or so. I believe this loco & tender to be 100% original paint, parts & lettering. The loco & tender together measure approx. 23" long and are all metal. All of the wheels appear to be originals and are all in excellent condition. The locomotive is equipped with a "Chugger" and a fire box light. I have not put power to anything, so I have no idea of anything works, but the drive wheels turn nicely, turning the gears that turn the armature. All of the castings on the loco and tender appear to be original and in excellent condition, showing no signs of metal fatigue, with the exception of the boiler front which is suffering severe metal fatigue and needs to be replaced.
