An older gentleman had a collection of Lionel trains from when he was young stored in his attic. When he moved, my husband became the lucky recipient of this box. I really don't know much about Lionel trains but I will try to describe what I see and answer any questions you send. This is a pair of remote control "027" switches. The box says Non-Derailing. The switches themselves appear to be in good shape but dusty. I have an extra ?screw? that looks like it would go on one of the 3 little knobs on each switch. I have the ?lights and their covers that appear to have green and red sides as seen in picture 8. Two of the metal pins that should stick out of the track (pict 6) look like they have been replaced with plastic "pins" (no point on the end but skinny enough to slide into another piece of track). One of the pins is missing on the other switch's track (pict 5).The bottom of each switch says Model 1122 (E). Both are scuffed on the bottom but no dents or damage I can see.The remote looks good but the wires are fragile and the plastic coating crumbling. The other little box says "WHISTLE" and "REVERSE" over the two buttons. On the bottom it is speckled rusty all over (just like the little edge seen in pict 12). The bottom says "WHISTLE CONTROLLER No 167C MADE IN U.S. OF AMERICA BY THE LIONEL CORPORATION NEW YORK"The box is dirty read more
