This is a rare 1957 Lionel train set. Included in the set is: -The Lionel Adriatic Type 2-6-4-Locomotive No. 2037 would replace the No. 2026 and No. 2036 in 1953 and would continue in production for another two years. It would be released again from 1957 until 1963. Except for the number, this locomotive is identical to the No. 637 .This locomotive is equipped with Magnetraction, a smoke unit, and a three position directional unit whose control lever protrudes from the top of the boiler right in front of the cab. It did not have the side connecting valve rods, and the number "2037" is heat-stamped on the cab.- Lionel #6026w Tender with whistle. The Lionel Caboose No. 6017 is distinguished from the other cabooses that are numbered " 6017 " by the lack of the word "LINES" that was not printed on the sides. Produced only in 1956 on a Type 3 die, it was shinny unpainted MAROON colored plastic. The chassis has bar-end trucks with one magnetic coupler, and the body is attached to it by screws.This caboose is not as common as the others that share its number. The Lehigh Valley Hopper Car No. 6476-60 is listed in the Production Table as Variation B of the Type V BLACK plastic body that has WHITE lettering. This car was available in 1957 and shows the number "25000" on the sides of the car. Almost all of the 6476 cars are distinguished by read more
