A rare and highly collectable 1972 design by Lisa Larson for Gustavsberg Sweden . "Eva" measures 4 ¼" high (11cm) and is reminiscent of the 'Love Generation" of the 1970's. In mint condition . We describe the items to the best of our ability and specify which are brand new. Shipping is based on your location and includes tracking (with the exception of Parcel Post and Media Mail, which does not include tracking). UPS shipping includes $100 of insurance. Use postage estimator for shipping costs within the United States . You may add insurance for priority mail but it is extra. Up to $50, add $1.35. $50-$100, add $2.35. $100-$200, add $3.35. Additional insurance on UPS is also available if needed. Local pick up is always free. T are no handling or packaging charges. Overseas customers, please ask any shipping questions before you bid . We give you many options for shipping outside of the United States . We will combine shipping on multiple purchases with the exception of furniture and lamps. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance is not purchased. Payment must be made within five days of the close of auction. All checks, including cashiers checks and money orders are held for 7 business days to clear the bank. We have had the most wonderful customers in the past who understand the spirit behind Ebay and are patient and easy to work with. However, since we have also had a couple who have not been, we now feel we have to explain other details of how we work. · We normally ship once a week, sometimes more, but please don't expect that your item will be shipped the day you pay for it. Many of our items need to be carefully packed and padded. We try and box them up early so they are ready to go, but can't always do that. Read our feedback...many compliment our fast shipping and thorough packaging. · If something is wrong with your package when it arrives, and your package is insured, please let us know right away. We will immediately file with the shipping company. You must save the item and the packaging as the shipping company will pick it up. We've only had a couple of items arrive broken, but have had no problems filing a claim and issuing a full refund. If only a portion of the item breaks, let's say 1 glass out of a set of 8, you have an option to either file insurance and return the entire lot, or keep the items. We won't issue a partial refund. · Heaven forbid your item does get lost (and so far I've lost only one), an inquiry is promptly made to the shipping company and we will be happy to issue a refund after the inquiry is completed . Sometimes it takes 30-60 days from the day of the first inquiry into the lost package, especially in international shipping. Patience is a virtue. · We hold all checks for 7 business days to clear the bank with the exception of United States Postal money orders. So many sellers have gotten phony money orders and cashiers checks that we feel we now have to protect ourselves from those folks who would do that sort of thing. Wish we didn't have to, but... · We describe our items the best we can. We're not collectors or experts, but we try. Any damage is stated as well as measurements, etc. Please ask questions before you bid .
