Up for sale here is a vintage, circa late 1960s framed pen and ink drawing / painting with pastel or gouache paint on brown paper by listed artist William Weintraub (Active 3rd / 4th quarter 20th Century) The artist's title for this work is "Avigail Girl from Morocco". The size of the painting / drawing only comes to 10 inches high by 8 inches across and with the frame 16 1/2 inches by 12 1/2 inches. The artist has signed the painting in the lower left corner and titled the work in pencil on the mat. The painting is in very good condition. There are a couple of small brown pieces of paper between the mat and glass from the backer.The frame has some minor losses to the black paint but is in overall good shape. William Weintraub has auction records listed on the popular websites liveauctioneers(tm) and findartinfo(tm) and others. This is a very well detailed work.
