Up for bidding is a block of fifteen (15) imperforated double-printed center unused Lithuanian Postage Stamps from 1919. There are fifteen (15) stamps in this block. This block has been re-constructed from the sheet. The top block of ten (10) is stamp hinged to the bottom strip of five (5) stamps as shown. These stamps are unused. These stamps are imperforated and watermarked with wavey lines (Wmk #145) on thin white paper. The back appears to be hinged on about half of the stamps with original gum. This block has the center carmine color printed twice. This re-constructed block measures approximately 77.0 X 115.0 mm in size. This block is from the left side of the sheet. The margin has "H.S.H. II 1919" printed in gray. Due to the increased number of buyers claiming that they have not received their items, I am forced to protect myself and the winning bidder by sending items with Certified mail ($3.30 extra) in the United States and by Registered Mail ($13.65 extra) to International bidders that the totals exceed $50.00 of items won. I try to list anywhere from 50 to 100 items per week. If the winning bidder would like to have all of their items mailed together every 30 days, this could reduce your shipping fees. Simply notify me that you would like to group your monthly items in one mailing. Winning bids must be paid in full within seven days after the auction ends. My offerings may contain stamps that have faults and flaws such as: previously hinged, thins, tears, missing pieces, folds, bends, short perforations, disturbed gum, re-gummed, canceled-to-order (CTO), previous owners' markings and rarely a never hinged item. Please let my detailed pictures be an extension of my description. Please look closely at the pictures for more details. The items in the pictures are the actual items that you are bidding for and will receive if you are the winning bidder. Please keep your eyes open for more of my collection of other Lithuanian stamps that will include used and unused postage stamps, semi-postals, airmail, commemoratives, used and unused pre-printed postcards, used covers, airmail stamps, revenues, German and Russian Occupation and other Cinderella stamps from Lithuania from between the world wars. Shipping to any destination in the United States will be $0.49 with first class mail. Additional items purchased will need to be calculated and I will send an updated invoice with the actual shipping fees included. If I return from the post office with a lower rate, I will refund any overpayment. If I calculated the shipping fees too low, I will never ask for any additional payment for the shipping costs. The postage rates have gone up at the end of January 2014 and most fees to other countries have skyrocketed. I am trying to keep shipping costs down as low as I can. I never charge for shipping materials, envelopes, tape, stock cards, etc. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: International bidders are always welcomed. Shipping to Canada or Mexico is $1.15 with first class postage. Shipping to Europe will be also estimated to be $1.15 for this item by itself. If additional items are won, I will need to calculate the shipping costs and then I will send you a revised invoice with all of your items included. I will send any item to the highest bidder with registered mail, insurance, certified mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail as long as you pay for the selected service. Simply notify me before paying and I will calculate the costs and send you an updated invoice with the fees included. Currently, registered mail to most other countries will cost an additional $13.65 since the last increase from the post office.
