This item is a New Rose Collection "Little Black Sambo" Turnabout Cookie Jar. The jar is in Mint Condition. It is Stamped and Serial Numbered #90 of only 250 Made. It is a very colorful, cute, turn-about jar. This jar is nice and heavy, and is 12" tall. This jar can be seen on page # 324 of "The Wonderful World of Cookie Jars" (Supnick). The jar had a listed value of $150-$195 at the time of printing (1995). The jar can also be seen in "Cookie Jars III" (Roerig), with a value of $150+.
