This adorable pitcher, sometimes referred to as a "milk pitcher" represents works of Shawnee Pottery during the 1940s and 50s. T are several variations of Little Bo Peep with the colors changing somewhat in the different productions. This particular Bo Peep features the "gold trim." She is 8" tall and is marked "Bo Peep" and "U.S.A." on the bottom. This particular Bo Peep is in immaculate condition with no chips, cracks or flaws. When viewing this piece in person, one cannot help but feel overwhelmed by the magnificent beauty in her overall appearance as well as fine detail.
