Christmas is just around the corner! You can save 50% from the "store price" on this play house! It does not have a scratch on it! We have a Little Tikes playhouse we purchased for my daughter about 5 years ago. She has outgrown it now and would like to sell it. This has NEVER been outside the home. It was in her bedroom for a couple years, then in the finished play room in the basement. So always been on carpet and actually...not played with a whole lot. Not a scratch on it and as clean as the day we brought it home. The electric doorbell still works as well. There is a kitchenette inside, etc. Great play house for a young child! I checked Toys R Us and similar units today are selling for $279 and if I remember right, that is about what we paid as well. With tax this would cost about $295 new. Not a good way to ship this...so local pickup is required. I do travel around MI and Ohio for work and could put it in my truck to meet someone to deliver or meet someone at a central location in MI or Ohio only .
