Littlest Pet Shop Lot This lot comes with 6 of the large play piece/sets. 15 pets Well over 75 pieces All items are in great shape, as they were only played with occassionally when my niece came over. She has outgrown them now. I do offer shipping discounts, so if you have purchased/ won or bidding on another item and you want it all shipped together to save money, please email me and I will reinvoice you once everything has ended. I try to help my customers save as much as they can on shipping, as I know that shipping costs are my biggest turn off when looking to purchase items. I try to describe each item I list to the best of my knowledge. If there are any discrepancies on an item, I try to notate it in the description. I’m not perfect and I have had an item or two slip without notating a small stain or imperfection. So if you receive the item and see something, please don’t send a nasty email. The only thing that does is waste your time. Let me know your problem and I will work with you unt"il a resolution has been found. I try to make sure that each of my customers are happy with their purchase, as I try to put myself in their shoes. Just remember that NOONE is perfect, so we can all learn from our mistakes. (Unless something slips by me) I am human and sometimes I may miss notating a flaw, etc. But if you receive an item and you are not satisfied with any aspect of the item or transaction, please email me and let me know what is wrong as I can not make a customer happy if I am unaware of your displeasure. Ebay is tightened up their seller feedback and if anything other than all stars is left, then the seller pays a dear price for a back feedback. I will do everything in my power to make sure that you are satisfied with your item and the transaction. So prior to leaving me bad feedback, please give me the option to correct it first. More and more, I am getting people bidding and winning items and they don’t check on the item for weeks. When you do that, you are wasting my time and money. Payment in full is due within 3 days of the item's auction ending. A “buy it now” item is expected to be paid for at the time of purchase . If payment has not been made or other arrangements haven t been made, then I will relist the item, as well as report you for bidding on an item and not paying. Paypal is my preferred method of payment, as it protects me as well as you. Shipping All items are shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment in full on the item in which you are purchasing. If you have a special request on shipping then I suggest that you contact me prior to bidding so that you can see if your request is feasible. All items are packaged securely so that they arrive in good shape. The United States Postal Service is my preferred shipper. If you need another shipper, please let me know and I'm sure we can work with it. Returns All returns are assessed on an individual basis, based on the item and the reason that you are requesting to return the item. I will not accept returns for any electrical item as I make sure that it works when it leaves here. If a return is accepted, you must get a return authorization number from me within 3 days of receiving the item. After 3 days, I will not do any returns.
