Great working condition with all parts intact. Equipped with a swivel base by using the smaller handle which is located by the base. Does have some wear from use and age. On the non clamping end t is a small anvil. T are also pipe grips under the main jaw. It opens to about 3 5/8". With vice completely closed it is 11 1/4" long, top to bottom it is 6 3/4 and the base is 5" X 5" it has the holes for mounting. Large turning handle for easy tightening and loosening.
