This vintage LITTLETOWN IN PLASTICS plastic house titled SOUTHERN COLONIAL has all of the pieces intact and they have NEVER BEEN GLUED TOGETHER. It measures approximately 7" long, 4 1/2" wide and 5 1/4" high. The doors open and close and it is assembled with a slide locking construction. The chimneys lock the roof in place. The box is in poor condition with the top being torn and taped (see last 5 photos). This item was used in my father's annual train garden during the 1950's and 1960's but has not been used since then. It has been stored in a smoke free and pet free environment. I only accept Paypal and only ship within the continental United States. I use the United States Postal Service with USPS tracking unless otherwise requested by buyer. No returns accepted. PLEASE NOTE: I mistakenly listed the Brand as Plasticville. It is Littletown in Plastics! Sorry for the mix-up!
