TITCH 3 1/2" Gauge live stem coal fired design by LBSC. Chassis pretty much complete and will not take much effort to get running on air. There is one tight spot when rotating which I think is the crosshead hitting the gland nut. Have not reworked anything as have another project now. What you see in the photos you get. There is a boiler kit included which is only missing the copper sheet for the barrel which is 10" x 7" 18 swg sheet (of minimal cost), rolled into the barrel. The boiler kit alone is about £200 from Reeves. Boiler tube plate already marked and spotted for drilling. Includes chimney, dome, smokebox door and ring & smokebox saddle. Castings for the chassis would be £200 to £300 as well , I'd expect!
