Check out my other items ! Many more great Catholic Books This is a Complete set in 2 large thick volumes on the Lives of the Popes from St Peter to Blessed Pius IX with many FINE ENGRAVINGS. I have listed a few, just look at the detail in the Engraving of St Jerome. These books have leather spines with marbled covers The page ends are marble like also.The text ,pages and pictures are very clean. The text blocks are tight. Front cover of volume one is detached. Volume 2 has some clear tape on top front cover. A good history of the Popes published by a Catholic Publishing house.
