Up for auction today for all you romantics out t-Lladro #6819 - "Lovers Dance". This figurine was issued in 2002, is still active and retails for $375.00. The sculptor was Marco Antoinio Nogueron. This is a lovely13 1/2" X 6 3/4" figurine depicting a pretty couple dancing with each other - if you know anything about Lladro figurines, then you know that facial expressions are one of Lladro's trademarks - you can really see the love in the faces of this couple! This is an authentic Lladro from Spain, not a Nao (which is the Kmart of Lladro - don't waste your time or money) and you can really tell with the details. This figurine's facial expressions is true to life, as are their bodies - you can even see the outline of her legs through her gown!This figurine would make a lovely addition to any collection - but especially a wedding or anniversary! Knowing that Lladro collecting is expensive hobby, I am offering free shipping to the winning buyer - also if needed I am also set up to gift wrap , just let me know the occasion at auction end!
