Tippicanoe and Tyler Too! Very rare Tuesday Morning December 15, 1840 issue of The Log Cabin Advocate, Volume 1 No. 34. Published in Baltimore MD for the promotion of William Henry Harrison for President and John Tyler for Vice-President. This particular issue lists the election results as "Complete" and gives a break-down of the results from each state. Inside it states that this is the final issue. Text of the inside 2 pages is made up almost entirely of the message President Van Buren delivered to both houses of Congress Dec 5, 1840. Also t is a song titled "Matty's Farewell." Great image of "Gen. William Henry Harrison- The People's President." Condition: Printed on the old rag paper so it is NOT brittle at all. T is some spotting, and some of the small tears it has (larges I saw was 6" on the bottom center) are taped with archival tape (Must have been done long ago, and it is not noticeable much at all). The spine has chips and the 2 pages are nearly seperate but they are still together. Some minor loss to some of the text on the back w the spine damage is. Despite the condition issues mentioned, still a wonderful piece of American History from one of the greatest Presidential Elections! Remarkable condition and nearly 170 years old!! Buyer pays with check, money order, or paypal, and pays $8 shipping. (Shipping cost includes
