Published in 1925, this edition of "He Who Gets Slapped" by George A. Carlin is TIGHT, with NO MILDEW SMELL. Naturally, t is yellowing as well as some soiling to the pages and page edges, but nothing too horrible. If you follow the link below, I have uploaded a number of images to Picasa; so, you can examine the book more closely. Click on the magnifyer feature to enlarge them to 1024 x 768 pixels. To view more photos, click .The book's cover is a deeper color brown than it appears in my photos. The camera's flash caused it, as well as the page edges, to appear lighter. Also, t is a slight ripple in the fabric on the back cover, which is visible in my photos. It does NOT go all the way through, and the cover is NOT folded, cracked or broken. This book is illustrated with images from the classic MGM film starring the great Lon Chaney, and actors John Gilbert and Norma Shearer. It measures approximately 7½ x 5½ x 1½ inches.
