This is a Northern Line London Underground carriage map that has been removed from withdrawn 1972 stock and is therefore in a 'used' condition. There is some fading evident to some colours but that gives it it's 'real' look. The map can be dated to the period before the Summer of 1997 as it states on the map that there is "No Bakerloo line from Elephant & Castle, Waterloo, Embankment or Charing Cross until Summer 1997. Use alternative Underground routes or special buses" Because it has been removed from an actual carriage, the back of the map still holds some glue/paper. If this map were to be framed or mounted, you would not see this and it would make a very attractive retro display
