This is a 7" across plate entitled "The long tailed Titmouse". 2nd issue in the Winged Jewels: Chinese Cloisonné Birds and Flowers collection. It is certified that this plate has been handcrafted in authentic Chinese cloisonné by the artisans of The Chin-t'ai-lan Artis Workshop, using many of the same methods introduced during the Chin-t'ai-lan era of the Ming Dynasty. the plate has met or exceeded the strictest quality standards of China-t'ai-lan cloisonné enamel, and is part of the genuine limited edition cloing forever on March 31, 1994. No two plates will be exactly alike, as each has been handmade in the Chinese craft of cloisonné, based upon the original design of master Artisan Jiag Xue-Bing. 1991 Bradex number 10-C28-1.2. In excellent condition with Certificate of Authenticity paperwork & description pages, original box and storage bag.No chips or cracks.
