Longaberger 1997 Mother's Day Basket Combo with Tie-On - NEW!! handle gripper and lid included!!! You are bidding on a 1997 Mother's Day Basket with liner, handle gripper, two-piece protector, lid and tie-on in mint condition. This basket has never been used and has been packed away in my smoke-free home. The basket measures 11-1/2 inches by 9 inches and is 6-1/4 inches high with two swinging handles and is in the classic stain. It is in perfect condition with no splits or cracks in the weave. The liner is 100% cotton with a pink, blue and green flower print on a white background, cold water wash, lay flat to dry. The basket has pink strips of color - very pretty!! This basket was made in the USA and is signed and dated on the bottom by the weaver of the basket, as are all Longaberger baskets. The colors are as vibrant as they were when received from the factory. The lid is solid maple in perfect condition and comes to you in its original box. The box for the tie-on is also included. This would be a great Mother's Day gift and can be used as a jewerly box or a sewing box. This basket as listed originally sold for over $100.00. Insurance is not included on this item with priority mail but is recommended as I am not responsible for the package once it leaves me. Insurance for an auction under $100 is included with UPS.
