This appears to be an Employee Basket, though I'm not exactly sure what defines an employee basket. I've seen references to them on other auctions. This basket has a total of NINE signatures on the bottom, many of them wishing you a "Merry Christmas" alongside the basketmaker intials.

This is a square basket, 9-1/4" x 9-1/4" square. It stands about 5-1/4" tall, with the handles down. The lining is a pretty plaid, with Christmas colors of red and green. The plastic lining protector is included also. T is a slight smudge on one section, but I believe it is part of the basket, part of the stain used in the colored bands. I've included a picture of it. Everything is in beautiful, amazing shape.
