Last year's 10th Anniversary CC Gathering at the Longaberger Homestead was a BLAST! This basket was only available to registered attendees to weave on that one day of the event!

Natural wood weave with pink upsplints, spaghetti weave in green and blue and a double topband in natural and pink. Adorable CUPCAKE TACKS and brushed silver metal event tag finish off the basket beautifully! Set includes the basket, liner, protector, tie-on and hand painted stoneware cupcake lid made by Buckeye Stoneware in Zanesville, OH. Round basket measures approx. 4" H x 5.75"D. 7" High with lid on.

Longaberger baskets are handwoven in Dresden, Ohio. They are woven from maple splints and double splints and reinforcements are used throughout the basket. Made the old fashioned way utilizing wooden splints, metal tacks and copper rivets and wooden dowels to attach swing handles if the basket has one. No tacky glue or staples ! Longaberger baskets are made to be used daily, hold plenty of weight and stay looking lovely for years and generations to come! A true American woven piece of handicraft to be appreciated for years to come!
