Basket has leather handles on each side and includes the plastic liner and a cloth liner that hangs over the side in the corn powder blue & butternut yellow plaid. The signature/initials on the lid are MJS, 2003.

Basket deminsions ~ 10 1/2" X 9 1/2" X 11 1/2"

(was used in home for about a year and t is a very small swipe of something white, looks like white out maybe? on the side of the basket inside one of the weaves. See the last picture.)
