Terms and conditions of sale: It is the responsibility of the buyer to finalize the sale. Paypal payment must be sent with the confirmed shipping address. Buyer has (4 days) from the end of auction to pay. All non-paying bidders will be promptly reported to eBay and negative feedback left Â- no exceptions. I will accept returns for only those items which were listed on eBay with incorrect information, or if the item was damaged upon delivery (Insurance MUST be paid). I will not investigate lost packages unless the INSURANCE IS PAID FOR. Buyer must report intent to return within 2 days from the date of delivery. I will refund the purchase price but not the shipping. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Item must be returned with in 7 days with postage insurance.

Shipping: I keep prices on all my auction items low. I don't pad my starting/buy it now prices to cover shipping costs. But with the new postal rates shipping does cost more. Use the shipping calculator before bidding, but so you know 's how I figure my shipping cost for winning items: All items shipped inside the USA are shipped at actual weight + $3.00 for shipping materials and handling. I offer customers a choice of USP Priority mail or UPS Ground. If you'd like more options please email me before bidding. All items shipped out side the USA (international/Canada) are shipped at actual weight + $10.00 to cover shipping materials and the time it takes me to fill out customs forms and travel to the post office. I offer just International Priority Mail as it is the cheapest form of international post right now. That's right, with the new US Postal rates t is no more "plain old international parcel post" or surface mail. And I apologize in advance but the new international rates aren't cheep - 2lbs to Europe is $24.00! Sorry. So please don't give me negative feedback if you don't like the shipping costs it is not my fault!
