You are bidding on a 2008 Jelly Belly Basket Fest Commemorative Basket. This special and very RARE basket commemorates the second joint event between Longaberger and Jelly Belly. The basket was woven in Fairfield, California, at the Jelly Belly Basket Fest. The basket is signed by Mary, Gary and Lynn Longaberger. PLUS...It is a "lefty" basket, meaning it was made by a left handed weaver. T was only one left handed weaver at the Jelly Belly event so this is very rare.
The basket has a red and yellow trim strip and adorable Jelly Belly decorative tacks. It also has two red handles. You had to be a Collectors Club member to have red handles on your basket. In addition to being red, one of the handles has a burnt in logo that says "Collectors Club Charter Member." These baskets are extremely rare as they were only available to Charter Members of the Collectors Club .
This commemorative basket is the same form as the retired Small Storage Solutions Basket with two swinging handles instead of the cutout handles. T he basket measures 11" long x 9 3/4" wide x 4 3/4" tall.
This Super Set comes complete with Basket, Protector, Jelly Belly Fabric Liner, Jelly Belly Handle Tie and Jelly Belly Pewter Tie On. It will come with souvenir Jelly Belly bag.
As with all Longaberger Baskets, this basket has been created exclusively with AMERICAN products and is handmade in the USA by AMERICAN workers . It is personally signed on the bottom by the weaver and is stamped with the Longaberger logo.
The basket is BRAND NEW and comes from a SMOKE FREE home.
