Longaberger Woven Traditions Classic Blue Dinner Plates - Set of 4 - $96.00 value! (Picture shows two plates, FOUR are included in this set!) These plates are like brand new as they have never been used, and have been stored in my smoke/pet free home. I am moving and need to reduce my collection. Dinner plates are 10" in diameter and are very study. These are the original plates that were made in the USA before Longaberger started outsourcing in China. As a result, each plate has something called a 'pin mark' on it - which is just visible in the third picture. The pin mark is caused w the plate was supported during the glaze coat firing. According to Longaberger, the have been ground for safety but are not able to be removed completely without destroying the plate. Plates made after 2006 no longer have the pin marks due to a change in the firing process. Please note that these are VERY heavy plates each weighing nearly 2 pounds! For this reason I would prefer UPS shipping as they seem to be a little 'nicer' with fragile packages, but will ship via USPS flat rate boxes if requested.
