I purchased this set on eBay back in 2000 while trying to acquire all of the Christmas Collection Baskets. It has been securely stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate controlled home since purchased. Made in U.S.A., ALL items are in pristine mint condition and I guarantee you won't find another 1998 Glad Tidings Basket Set this perfect!

This was the eighteenth year for Longaberger's Christmas Basket Series, is a "must have" if you are collecting the Christmast Basket Series, and is guaranteed to find a place in your home and heart for many years to come!

Longaberger 1998 "Glad Tidings" Basket as described above. Measuring 8 e" long x 6" wide x 7½" high at the front gradually rising to 9" high at the back, t his handwoven basket is in the lovely Classic Stain and features forest green accent weaves and a coordinating trim strip with one swinging handle. The accent weaves and trim strip are still the original rich, dark green (no fading whatsoever) . The commemorative brass basket tag still has the protective plastic coating on it (so it may appear 'fuzzy' in the picture). Basket has a flat board bottom so that it sits flat and straight, and it has a saw-tooth bracket on the back in case you want to mount the basket on the wall.
