Some of the items I bring to you are either brand new or from a runway show. Some items are store displays. I also purchase many of my items as store returns. This means the item is used. Everything I sell is hand picked and I inspect all items before they are listed to ensure you satisfaction. Many of the retailers and vendors that I work with will put a mark or a black X on the inside label of the clothing to prevent an illegal store return. T are a few designers that leave t labels intact also.
My return Policy is as follows: T are generally no returns for any reason. All items are sold as is. I do ask that you read the item description in its entirety and look at all pictures before bidding to avoid any problems after the auction has ended.
Remember that when you Place your bid you are entering into a legal binding contract and you are agreeing to pay for the item that you have purchased. All Payments are to be recieved within 7 days of the end of the auction unless you have made previous arangements with me. Any items not paid for within the time will be relisted and you will no longer be able to pay for the item. On the seventh day I will file a non paying bidder complaint with ebay and you will recieve an unpaid item strike and all of the other good stuff that comes along with it. I follow ebays unpaid item proccess and have a zero tolerance policy for non paying bidders. Remember that t is always someone else who wants the item more than you and by bidding and not paying you are being unfair to everyone in the ebay community.
I always want to hear from you with any concerns you may have. In the very rare event a problem should arise please e-mail me and let me be of assistance. Remember that I do not just sit at my computer all day and wait for e-mail. I am a real person with a real job and I have a real life. If you do not hear from me right away do not be alarmed. It might just be that I am at work and didn't turn on my computer that day. Rest assured I do want to get back with you. Take a moment to look at my heavenly feedback. My buyers love me!
