CLEANING PROCESS Each piece is washed in warm water with a mild soap to remove dirt and oils. It is then electrolytically cleaned in hot water with Sodium Carbonate to remove any tarnish. Items with porous stones are cleaned differently. Then they are lightly scrubbed with a special paste to clean behind settings and remove any left behind tarnish.
