RELISTED---- OFFERING HIM AT WHAT I PAID TWO MONTHS AGO This auction is for a GREAT big antique style mohair artist bear named " BENJAMIN "by Werner Pyschny of Bear by Bear, Germany. His original price of $675 still posted on his artist hang tag. Handmade from the best long curly mohair (light cream or taupe -looks to be hand dyed) stuffed with excelsior. This bear has gone through a very expensive "Antique Treatment" this Artist Bear has the look of an old Teddy Bear. " (as written on his hang tag). Benjamin measures approximately 20" tall and is fully jointed. amber glass eyes and embroidered nose, mouth and claws. pads are of a soft linen material that he has distressed and you can see the excelsior showing through in a few places( done to resemble the antique teddy bear) He is stuffed with excelsior and very lightweight , hump on his back growler in tummy He wears a Antique child's satin romper with a ruffled collar and baby blue bow. removable and snaps down the back. He has been distressed to look like an old teddy bear that has been carried around by a child and handed down through Generations........ if you didn't know, you would think this was an antique bear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
