This is a good sized Victorian Oak wind out dining table that weve just cleared from a local house.The table is aprox 52ins long and 47ins wide when closed,73ins long with one leave and 94ins long with both leaves in.The table is very solid but the top is quite worn due to use and age.There are several scrapes and the colour is faded in places(see pics)but its still quite useable as is.Fully restored you"d be looking at £1000/£1500 for a victorian table this size so it does give value for money.
