Up for auction is a set of Britain's that I bought at an Estate Sale in New Orleans about 10 years ago. We knew someone so we got in on the Presale and my child thought he wanted to collect soldiers as his best friend had started collecting… They have given it up for college so I am selling with permission! I have about 10-15 Britain sets I will be selling. I will describe everything I see but I am not a collector. I have taken pictures in natural light, with a flash and with lamp light so you can see the different colors and flaws. They were in with other boxes of Britains but a few people have seen them and says they are not Britains!!!!!The box says #78 Royal Navy with a card that says a set issued prior to 1920 but there is no Britain stamp that is on all the rectangular bases. They all stand up. The have movable detachable arms. As I have said I am describing what I see but I don't see these being as old as dating back to 1920… Could they be replicas or knock offs? I bought these in a group of several boxes taped together… I would appreciate any information one can offer, please check the zoom of top and bottom of the base.
